A message dated April 21, 2014, was read stating the Senate passed                                                              
CSHB 32(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is transmitted                                                                
for consideration:                                                                                                              
                                                                                                                                
    CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 32(FIN) am S                                                                                          
    "An Act providing for the issuance of one business license for                                                              
    multiple lines of business; and providing for reissuance of a
